The Opportunity

We are looking for motivated Junior Engineers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or engineers with 1–5 years of experience who want to build a career at the intersection of technical excellence and project management.

At YSay, you won’t just perform technical calculations, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to project delivery, contract management, and real world problem solving alongside seasoned industry experts.

What You’ll Do

• Technical Support: Assist senior engineers with engineering analysis, technical research, and solution design tailored to specific client needs.
• Project Assistance: Participate in project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and risk assessment across active projects.
• Contract Administration: Support contract management workflows, procurement processes, and transactional document preparation.
• Client Collaboration: Help prepare high impact reports, technical presentations, and project deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree or BTech in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
• Experience: 1–5 years of relevant engineering or project support experience.
• Skills:
  • Strong foundational understanding of engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in relevant CAD/engineering software and MS Office / Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Mindset: Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic project environments.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written English communication skills.
